The government’s “Special Danger Zone Countermeasures Office” has been unsuccessful in repelling the threat and determining its origin. Players take control of investigator Reona Minazuki, who has been awakened from a 10-year slumber inside an anomaly known as the “Sarcophogus” and acquired a keen sensitivity to the Otherworlds. Inspired by horror genre staples like Resident Evil and recent fan favorites like Backrooms, ANOMALITH combines fast-paced and tense combat with survival horror nightmares that could only exist in a realm forgotten by logic and reality. Reona must rescue her lost friend, determine the origins of the Anomaly Zones and navigate the mystery of her new powers. Manage resources while fending off strange enemy creatures, upgrade and exploit 12 unique game-changing powers and customize your weapons and outfits with numerous possibilities and stat-altering functionality. Strange worlds including an apartment complex with inverted gravity, a shopping street that extends infinitely or a dark hall writhing unnaturally make each dive into the Anomaly Zones a dangerous one. Between dives, take everything learned back to base and investigate mysteries, relationships between other characters and each Anomaly itself.
