Chrono Odyssey Returns With New Boss Fight Footage Press ReleaseNews 3 Nov Written by Legacy Jill SEOUL, November 2, 2026 – Kakao Games and Chrono Studio today released new gameplay from Chrono Odyssey, the open-world action MMORPG coming to PC and console. The video is a single, unedited attempt at a solo encounter against Miragin, a Chrono Gate boss never before seen in the game. It is the first new look at Chrono Odyssey in months, but it will not be the last! The footage comes straight from the current development build. No supercut. No highlight reel. One player, one boss, start to finish. The video offers a first look at Paladin battling Miragin, a new Chrono Gate boss. It also showcases strategic combat using two key Chronotector movements, Replicate and Isolation. Paladin, unveiled for the first time, is a class that wields a long spear and shield. The footage showcases chained attacks with the spear, as well as a skill that summons a massive spear to deal damage to the boss. It also highlights Paladin using its shield to block incoming attacks and mitigate damage. Replicate allows players to temporarily recreate the combat skills of bosses they have previously defeated to attack their enemies, while Isolation freezes an enemy in time for a limited period, restricting its movement. The footage demonstrates how players can use these abilities to control enemy movements and create openings for attacks, highlighting the strategic possibilities of time manipulation in combat. "We didn't want to come back with just another trailer. We wanted to come back with the game," said Kwon, Executive Producer, Chrono Studio. "Chrono Gates are where Chrono Odyssey asks the most of you, so it felt right to let one fight speak for where we are. There's a lot more to show, and we look forward to sharing more with players in the months ahead." Development is moving forward. Players can wishlist Chrono Odyssey on Steam and follow the official channels to be first to hear.
