World of Goo gets a physical release!
Super Rare Games today have announced their partnership with Tomorrow Corporation to physically release World of Goo for the Nintendo Switch™. Pre-orders for the game open on February the 20th at 6pm GMT, exclusively at superraregames.com.
The game first came out on the Wii over 10 years ago and still has an average review score of 94%. This is, remarkably, the first time it has got a physical release on a Nintendo console.
There will also be an official Steelbook sold separately alongside the release. Customers may either but the game on its own, or buy the game with an additional steelbook. This option will also come in a unique box with a limited-print World of Goo postcard.
The steelbook comes with an incredible glossy finish aswell as an emboss on large parts of the design.
Due to an issue with a supplier, the Steelbook versions will ship towards the end of March. We are very sorry about this slight delay but we can ensure you that we will get it to you as soon as we can!
About World of Goo
World of Goo is a multiple award winning physics-based puzzle construction game made entirely by two guys. Drag and drop living, squirming, talking, globs of goo to build structures, bridges, cannonballs, zeppelins, and giant tongues. The millions of Goo Balls that live in the beautiful World of Goo are curious to explore – but they don't know that they are in a game, or that they are extremely delicious.
Each level is strange and dangerously beautiful, introducing new puzzles, areas, and the creatures that live in them.
World of Goo Balls
Along the way, undiscovered new species of Goo Ball, each with unique abilities, come together to ooze through reluctant tales of discovery, love, conspiracy, beauty, electric power, and the third dimension.
The Super Rare edition will include a 20 page full colour manual, interior artwork, exclusive sticker, as well as three trading cards randomly selected from the five-card set.

Occasionally we'll post news on games that have kick starter campaigns under way.
We can't cover every single one but we'll try to Take a look at ones we're made aware of that have at least 14 days to go.

They are all clearly marked and every post that includes them is tagged as such.
If you want to support is then great but if you'd rather not we're fine with that too.

The list will be very long though
